Cannon Security and Patrol Service is a Oshawa Ontario based security Company. We provide security services not only to the Oshawa area but we also provide service to neighboring cities around us. We hired A1 Payroll Services to help us and in doing so A1 Payroll Services has provided us with information regarding payroll regulations in the Province of Ontario and continues to guide us along with our payroll commitments. We also like the service of A1 Payroll Services who can issue an ROE (Record of Employment) within a day or so when an employee leaves our Company, this is a relief for us as we no longer have to worry about issuing an ROE as this is all done by A1.

With A1 Payroll Services we simply send in the hours that our employees work each week and A1 makes sure our employees are paid what they need to be paid. If there are employees who want their holiday pay all we do is send A1 a message and they take care of all of these things. From A1 Payroll Services paystubs and reports they provide every time they do our payroll, we use to write cheques to our employees. We found writing cheques and making sure our employees received their pay on time was costly and time consuming. We recently changed from writing payroll cheques to having A1 Payroll Services provide their direct deposit service to our employees. Their direct deposit service has taken a big load off of our shoulders as now we have no payroll cheques to write and we have no worry about getting cheques to our employees who do not live in the Oshawa area. Arctic Signs Computer Printing and Services Inc. is a thriving and growing company in Thompson Manitoba. As all businesses we were looking at being efficient and cost effective and found A1 Payroll Services could do the job of payroll much more efficiently and cost effective than doing it ourselves. Taking care of Thompson’s printing needs, signage and computer repair work is time consuming in itself there is little time for payroll and all the regulatory bodies associated with payroll.
