We realize that accounting firms do have their peak times of the year and doing payroll for your clients can become difficult to fit in your busy schedule. A1 Payroll Services can help. We can take over your payroll for you either on a temporary basis to allow you to focus on your other commitments, or we can take over doing payroll on a longer term basis.
We have no contracts and no binding agreements tying you to our service. With no agreements to bind us to each other we know we will retain your business by the service we can offer you. If our service is not what you expected then there is nothing to force you to stay with us nor would we expect you to.
Our fee to do your complete payroll is based on one fee per employee for each time we do a paystub for that employee. We do not charge a setup fee nor do we charge for other services that we offer. You have one price therefore it is easy for you to incorporate our cost in to the fee you charge your client(s).
This is what we include in our fees; we enter the data required to generate a paystub, send out paystubs, send out payroll reports relating to the payroll that we have just completed. We do direct deposit to employees (you can write cheques to employees if you prefer). We send out Remittance reports either monthly or bi-month as required. We pay Remittance payments to Revenue Canada either bi-monthly or monthly as required. We file all required Record of Employment (ROE) forms with Revenue Canada. We do annual T4 slips and file T5 Summaries. We will send you as many payroll reports that you require and at the time you require them. We do all of this for the one fee per employee, you will not experience extra fees or hidden costs.
