We are a full service payroll Company. Our payroll experts are well trained, have many years of payroll experience and are certified by “The Canadian Payroll Association”.
We can do your payroll for you on a full time basis or we can do your payroll on a temporary basis as well. If you require payroll to be completed during an extra busy time in your business or during holiday periods, we can fill in and take over for as long as you require our services.
We do not hold you to a long term agreement. In fact we do not hold you to any agreement. We expect to retain you as a client by providing dependable and excellent service. If at any time we fail to serve you with reliable and top rate service we do not expect you to continue doing business with us.
We do not charge set up fees or bill you for separate costs for each service we provide. We have one fee which is based on the number of employees you have for that pay period. This is what we include in our fee:
- Setting up your Company.
- Setting up each employee.
- Receiving your employees’ time sheets and entering their data.
- Calculating your payroll.
- Providing you with pay stubs for all of your employees.
- If requested we will send a copy of their paystub to each of your employees.
- Each pay period we will provide you with a payroll detailed report .
- Each month we will provide you with your Source Deductions for Revenue Canada reporting.
- We will complete as many Record of Employment forms throughout the year that you will need.
- If requested we will electronically file your R.O.E with Revenue Canada.
- We will provide you with T4 slips for each of your employees plus your T4 Summary.
- If requested we will file electronically your T4 Summary with Revenue Canada.
- If requested we will allocate payroll cost to projects or branch offices for tracking costs.
- You have the option to write your own payroll cheques to your employees, or
- You can have us direct deposit your employees pay.
There are many companies offering payroll services; many will offer you web based programs. If you are unfamiliar with web base programs, these programs are not very expensive because your time is required to do all of your own data entry and you have to be knowledgeable in payroll. We do not offer web base service since we prefer personal interaction as we do your payroll.
